Our process
How we get things done
A glimpse into every stage of our China sourcing supply chain. Take one service or the complete end-to-end programme — at every step you know what has been done, what it costs and what happens next.
Step by step
From product brief to reorder in six stages
Sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and freight handled by one team on the ground in China — for any product category.
Step 01Share your requirement
Every China sourcing project starts with a clear brief. Send a product photo, an Alibaba or Amazon link, a technical drawing or simply a sentence describing what you sell, and our bilingual sourcing team turns it into a proper specification sheet — materials, dimensions, certification, packaging and target landed cost. There is no fee and no obligation at this stage.
- Free product feasibility and cost review
- Specification sheet written in English and Mandarin
- Realistic MOQ, lead time and target price guidance
Step 02Supplier search & quotation
We shortlist Chinese manufacturers from our vetted factory network and the wider market, then verify each one: business licence, export history, production capacity, certifications and social compliance. You receive a transparent quotation showing the real factory price, our fee and the freight estimate separately — never a hidden mark-up.
- Supplier verification before any deposit is paid
- Three comparable factory quotations where possible
- Negotiation handled in Mandarin, on the ground
Step 03Samples & approval
Before mass production is approved, samples are produced, measured and photographed in our office, then couriered to you. This is also where OEM and private-label work is settled: logo printing, colourways, custom packaging, inserts, barcodes and manuals — refined until the sample matches what you intend to sell.
- Sample inspection report with photos and measurements
- Private label, logo and retail packaging development
- Golden sample retained as the production reference
Step 04Production & inspection
Once the order is placed we monitor manufacturing on your behalf with milestone updates, so delays and defects surface on the production line rather than at your warehouse. Every order finishes with an AQL pre-shipment quality inspection and a detailed photo report — and no balance payment is released to the factory until you approve it.
- In-line production monitoring and milestone updates
- AQL pre-shipment inspection with pass/fail report
- Defects reworked or replaced before shipping
Step 05Consolidation & shipping
Goods from multiple suppliers arrive at our warehouse in China, where they are checked, repacked if required and consolidated onto pallets as one shipment — cutting freight cost and paperwork. We quote sea, air, rail and express side by side so you can trade cost against speed, and prepare the full export documentation set.
- Free short-term storage while orders come together
- Sea, air, rail and express freight quoted together
- Amazon FBA labelling and carton compliance available
Step 06Direct shipping from factory to customer
For dropshipping, B2B resale and pre-sold orders we arrange direct shipping from the factory to your end customer anywhere in the world. Goods leave the production line already inspected, labelled and packed in your branding, so there is no double handling, no warehouse rent and no extra domestic leg. We handle export documents, customs clearance and duties on DDP terms and send tracking to you or straight to your buyer.
- Factory-to-door delivery with customs and duties handled
- Neutral, white-label packing with your branding only
- Live tracking sent to you or directly to your customer
