We are not limited to one industry — we regularly handle consumer electronics, home and kitchen, furniture, fashion, footwear, bags, beauty, health, medical, sports and fitness, industrial equipment, packaging, pet, baby, office, automotive accessories, lighting, tools, construction materials, jewellery, seasonal, gift, promotional, kitchenware and garden products. Those are examples, not limits. If a factory makes it, we can source it.

Is there a minimum order quantity to work with you?

There is no minimum on our side. Factory MOQs vary by product, and part of our job is finding suppliers whose MOQ fits your stage — whether you are testing 200 units or reordering 20 containers a year.

How do you charge for your service?

We quote transparently, either as a service fee or an agreed commission on order value, confirmed in writing before you commit. You always see the real factory price; our fee is never hidden inside the unit cost.

How do I know the supplier is genuine?

Every factory we recommend is verified: business licence, export record, production capacity, certifications and, where required, an on-site audit by our team before you place an order.

Can you inspect goods before they are shipped?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection is standard practice for us. We inspect against an agreed AQL standard and send a full photo report before the balance payment is released to the factory.

Can you handle shipping to my country?

Yes. We arrange sea, air, rail and express freight with door-to-door delivery, customs clearance and duty guidance in over 40 destination markets.

Do you prepare goods for Amazon FBA?

We do. FNSKU labelling, poly bagging, bundling, carton marking and compliant packing are handled in China so your shipment is accepted at the fulfilment centre.

How do payments to factories work?

Payments go to the factory's verified corporate account against a signed proforma invoice, typically as a deposit and a balance released after inspection. We never ask you to pay a personal account.
